2.2. We make every effort to display product details and colours as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the colours accurately.
2.3. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or provide a refund.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid by the recipient. 4.5 Customers within the UK may also collect their order in person by prior arrangement.

5.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

6.2. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
6.3. Minor imperfections and variations in colour and finish are natural in handmade products and are not considered faults.
